How are wooden windows and doors made? It is a carefully planned and demanding process combining many aspects. The implementation of an intelligent ERP management system allows us to integrate all production stages—from the first contact with the customer, through planning and manufacturing, to logistics and installation. Thanks to efficient management of the entire wooden joinery production process, we can maintain constant quality control and ensure timely delivery of every project.
The quality of the final product always starts with the raw material. That is why we place great emphasis on the careful selection and preparation of wood. We work exclusively with trusted suppliers. Each batch of wood undergoes detailed inspection—we select only material with the appropriate moisture level, proper shape, and no signs of structural weakness. Our products are made exclusively from FSC-certified wood sourced from sustainable forest management.
The wood used in the production of our wooden windows and doors is dried under strictly controlled conditions. Optimal humidity and temperature ensure the dimensional stability of the material, prevent deformation and cracking, and thus guarantee the durability and reliability of wooden joinery for many years.
In our production, we use modern computer-controlled technological lines that ensure the highest precision and repeatability of processing. Thanks to full digitalization of processes, we can execute individual projects quickly and accurately. Top-quality tools allow us to create profiles of various thicknesses with great attention to detail. A high level of automation enables us to complete even complex projects within short lead times.
We use only high-quality glass, fittings, locks, and mechanisms, carefully selected for durability and reliability. Thanks to this, even the largest and most demanding constructions operate smoothly and trouble-free for many years. In the finishing process of windows and doors, we apply modern painting technologies. By using high-quality varnishes and paints, the joinery is resistant to weather conditions and retains its color intensity for many years.
