Wooden windows ECO-CLASSIC IV 68

Wooden windows ECO-CLASSIC IV 68 are typical wooden windows made of selected three layer glued coniferous or leafy wood.
Construction is corresponding with Technical Approval of ITB (Building Technology Institute) and is based on modern technology. All our windows have profiled glazing strips mounted on window sash without any needless gaps and a thermal drip which is set maximum out to reduce warmth loss and enlarge windows durability.

 

PROFILES

• CLASSIC: of sraight classical frames and sash construction
• SOFTLINE: of mild slightly rounded shapes of frame, sash and drip
• RETRO: windows stylized with carvings and stylish additives



• WOOD + ALUMINIUM: with aluminium profiles GUTMANN in all RAL colours

HARDWARE

• of well known company Roto: tilt, tilt & turn, sliding and tilt (PSK) and sliding (HS) and others ;
• standard ROTO NT with BASIC antitheft protection, microventilation and incorrect position of the handle blocade, on the customers request higher antitheft protection WK1, WK2 and hanle with button or key
• HAU TAU tilting hardware

GLASS

• double glazing with low emmision glass filled with argon of thermal insulation of Ug=1,1 W/m2K and sound absorption Rw=32 dB
• on request safety glass, antitheft glass, soundproof glass, ornamental or with fusing
• warm edge – plastic spacers in chosen colours that minimise condensation of vapour on the edges of glass.

PAINTS

• For imprgnation as well as colouring we use ecological paints of reputable producers e.g. SIKKENS or RHENOCOLL in wide range of colours, also in RAL colours. The modern method of under pressure painting guarantees smooth surface, natural and still view for years.

EQUIPEMENT

• standard handle HOPPE Sekustik with antitheft protection (protecting against drilling from outer site); we also offer invisible hardware (when the window is shut)
• Roto designo or hinges with button or key (e.g. to children room),
• Thermal drip maximum to the outer side mounted on the special clip to reduce heat loose and enlarge window’s durability.
• Glazing stripe protecting the most neuralgic windows’ place.

WINDOWS AND DOORS INSTALLATION

• Standard: with mounting foam SOUDAL or ILLBRUCK and special mounting screws or anchors;
• On request we offer installation with special sealants – sealing bands.

For windows better thermal insulation we should focus on their installation. Energy efficient windows should be installed in a way that reduces thermal bridge between the edge of the window and the buildings wall. It’s the reason why we propose windows installation not only in traditional way but also with use of sealants of well known company ILLBRUCK.
